Introduction of Fused AZS Zirconia Corundum Bricks

Fused AZS zirconia corundum bricks are made with raw materials including high pure alumina powder, zircon sand, and desiliconized zirconium, after fusing processing, and chemical reaction, and are composed of three main chemical components of Al2O3, ZrO2, and SiO2. ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 ternary system is molded into customized blocks (AZS representing Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2), containing Al2O3 40% ~ 50%, ZrO2 30% ~ 50%, SiO2 10% to 17%.

Application of Fused AZS Zirconia Corundum Bricks

Fused AZS zirconia corundum bricks are mainly used in the linings of decomposing furnaces for the petroleum and chemical industry, as well as the chemical fertilizer industry. They are also used as high-temperature kiln linings and high furnaces in the metallurgical industry.

The gross weight of each pallet: Usually 1.5-1.7 tons, max 2.0 tons.

A 20-foot container can be loaded max 25-26 tons, about 13-16 pallets.
