Aluminum Scrap Recycling Furnace

The aluminum scrap recycling melting furnace is mainly used for the melting and refining of recycled aluminum. It is also suitable for high-temperature melting of solid aluminum, aluminum alloy liquid storage and high melting point alloy melting, applicable equipment for the pre-melting in the manufacture of high-quality aluminum alloy rods, aluminum logs, and aluminum plates, etc.

Introduction of Aluminum Scrap Recycling Furnace

Made up of a rectangular furnace body, mechanical lifting furnace door, air supply combustion system, exhaust pipe, launder, etc.

The furnace shell, bottom, and outside reinforcement adopt GB high quality steel plate and steel welding. The main working lining adopts high alumina brick refractory masonry, including non-stick aluminum castables; the other parts are made by relevant refractory materials and insulation material masonry.

Furnace door skimming parts adopt integral casting by superfine special refractories casting for furnace door, which can guard against long-term forklift charging and skimming impact and wearing for the furnace door.

Technical Features and Performance

Adopting automatic lifting furnace door, chain mechanical transmission device with electromagnetic brake motor with cycloid reducer, equipped with Anti-fall track and weight box. Design in ramp furnace door for the forklift operation convenience.

Combustion systems can be equipped with different models of manual, semi-automatic, automatic gas burners, natural gas burners, oil burners, or regenerative burners according to different models of furnaces.

The refractory lining consists of non-stick hi-alumina brick in the metal contact area and high-strength brick in the upper portion of the furnace. The brick is the wedge-shaped arch roof to produce a self-supporting lining when the furnace is cold. As the furnace heats, the brick expands to form a very tight joint system that prevents penetration of molten aluminum. This allows the furnace to be cooled down without the concern for damage that is common to a straight-walled furnace when shut down. The furnace can be heated with gas, oil, or radiant electric elements.
